Returns & Exchange

  1. What is your return/exchange policy?

    We have a 10-Day exchange policy, as long as the product is in its original condition and the packaging is intact. Lingerie and Jewellery items excluded.

  2. What is the return/exchange procedure?

    Customers have to send the product(s) back to us at our address: 118/2 main Khy-e-Hilal, Phase 6, DHA, Karachi. In case of an exchange, a replacement is dispatched as soon as we receive the item.
